About
Edge specialises in developing training and capacity building services for clients delivering IS rating projects. This includes developing bespoke, up-front training course opportunities for senior leadership and engineers, as well as designing and delivering knowledge-sharing and lessons learned sessions for project team members. Our staff include accredited IS trainers who deliver the ISAP training program and other related topics.
Our mission is not only to train individuals to deliver great outcomes on individual projects but also to empower them to drive change within their organisations in the long-term. Our expertise draws on a wide array of previous projects and training commissions, allowing us to deliver a high quality, cost-effective service.
Sustainability Outcomes
We acknowledge the fact that the IS rating tool can be a new frontier for many within the construction and asset management industry, and that without training and support, sustainability outcomes are put at risk, and the opportunity to create long-term value within contractor teams can be lost. Our goal is to have project members take the sustainability mindsets they have learned with them after the project concludes, and use the principles learned on the next project.
Our training and education services can support clients targeting the Knowledge Shared credits within ISv2.0 Lea-3, and ISv1.2 Man-6, including the completion of related credit summary forms. These knowledge-sharing opportunities can also contribute to the targeting of the ISv2.0 Knowledge Sharing Initiatives, KSI-1, to KSI-5.
