Edge Environment is a sustainability consultancy with particularly strong expertise in the infrastructure sector. Our innovative, professional approach led us to win the ISCA Organisational Leadership in Infrastructure Sustainability award is 2016, and over recent years there are very few large transport infrastructure projects that we haven’t worked on in some form – whether that’s setting the up-front strategy with the client, or working with constructions companies on contract bids and delivery. Notable projects include Parramatta Light Rail, the Regional Rail Programme, Newcastle Light Rail, New Intercity Fleet, WestConnex, NorthConnex, Norther Beaches B-Line, Sydney Light Rail and Sydney Metro NW. We have also worked closely with ISCA in the original set up and on-going refinement of the IS rating tool; helped Transurban set a science based emissions target; and supported TfNSW in the development of their Sustainable Design Guidelines.
