ISC appoints Emma Drummond as its Executive Director of Stakeholder Services

The Infrastructure Sustainability Council (ISC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Emma Drummond as Executive Director, Stakeholder Services.

Emma is an experienced executive leader with a particular focus on membership, stakeholder engagement and advisory portfolios in complex and highly regulated environments. Throughout her career, she has built trusted relationships with members, industry leaders, government, technical specialists and commercial partners, helping organisations translate complexity into value, strengthen reputation and achieve sustainable growth.

Known for her collaborative approach, strategic insight and ability to lead through change, Emma has successfully led large cross-functional teams, enterprise-scale programs and diverse association portfolios. She is passionate about building high-performing teams, creating meaningful member experiences and fostering partnerships that deliver lasting impact.
