About

Diversity Works New Zealand is the national body for workplace diversity and inclusion.

We exist to help organisations do diversity and inclusion well, and do well because of it. Since being established as the Equal Opportunities Trust in 1992, we have been sustained by a unique partnership between government and employers.

Key activities:

  • Sharing information, advice and education and training
  • Research, including the New Zealand Diversity Survey, run annually in partnership with Massey University
  • The Diversity Awards NZ™, the premier awards programme for recognising and celebrating best practice in workplace diversity and inclusion
  • Collaborating with other organisations and groups working in the diversity and inclusion space.
