Established in 2021, Quadrant Rail Consulting delivers innovative public transportation and environmental consulting services, supporting private companies and public authorities in the planning, assessment, delivery and ongoing management of their projects.
We started as a small consultancy providing core services in public transportation, servicing predominantly rail projects. Our national network of expert rail consultants bring experience from numerous recent rail projects in Australia and overseas, including:

In 2024, in a logical move, we expanded to provide environmental and sustainability consulting services, acknowledging the value this adds to our rail projects, having in house environment and sustainability support, as well as servicing numerous other sectors. This expansion is also part of our company commitment to the environment, noting that QRC have been a proud supporter of ReForest Now since 2022 and as part of this partnership, we have committed to donating a percentage of our annual turnover with over 6000 trees already planted on behalf of our clients.

QRC Rail
Our technical rail services cover the cornerstones of any transport operation: Operations, Maintenance, Environment and Sustainability, Safety and People working across all stages of a project, from planning, tender, mobilisation and operation. We provide services in:
