About

PACT Reuse (formerly Viscount Rotational Mouldings) has been providing solutions to the infrastructure market for more than 30 years with rotational and injection moulding manufacturing facilities in Carrum Downs and Braeside Victoria.

Over the years we have developed an extensive range of above and below ground products and components to satisfy the increasing demands of the changing infrastructure markets. Our range of polymer pits are designed for use in the Telecommunication, Electrical, Road, Rail, water and Gas markets.

PACT Reuse polymer pits provide a unique side wall design that offers the necessary structural integrity to withstand the side wall loading applied by the compaction of the surrounding soil while supporting the vertical loads required in general use. The pits, troughs and turrets are made from UV stabilised polyethylene and are approved for use with major Australian authorities.

Sustainability Outcomes

Our underground pits can be moulded using up to 100% post-industrial recycled or 30% Post consumer recycled High Density Polyethylene (rHDPE) depending on the size chosen. This material provides the excellent impact resistance and long-term UV performance required of such demanding applications. All of VRM pits are 100% recyclable at end of life, supporting the current Infrastructure, Recycling plans and the Circular economy policy.
