About
Vital Eco-Nett is manufactured from certified compostable resin*, binders and natural softening agents. This netting offers a high level of mechanical strength, rigidity and durability. Once laid in the ground and in contact with soil, moisture, microbes and fungi, the netting will start to degrade depending on the nature of the soil and the climatic conditions. Vital Eco-Nett is a compostable and ethically sourced alternative to geotextiles, such as geofabrics and jute mesh.

Sustainability Outcomes
Vital Eco-Nett is a certified compostable alternative to geotextiles, delivering a highly effective product while maintaining environmentally sustainable attributes. When used as an erosion and sediment control, drain reinforcement or concentrated flow solution, Vital Eco-Nett may help toward achieving Dis-1 ISv1.2 and Env-1 ISv2.1.
Vital Eco-Nett has been tested and certified to not contain any toxins like PFAS, heavy metals or plasticisers and to not show any toxic effect on plants and earthworms as per OED 207/208 standards and the disintegration process does not generate any persistent microplastics. Using Vital Eco-Nett as a replacement for geotextile products may help toward achieving Eco-1 ISv2.1.
