We seek to achieve these outcomes throughout the entire project lifecycle, from financing, through design and construction, to operations and maintenance for the duration of the concession granted by the client, and over the longer term.
Established in 2004, we now have more than 150 professionals across offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide.
Our Australian assets under management comprise 21 projects worth more than A$32 billion.
We are known for delivering some of the most iconic public infrastructure in Australia, such as Sydney Metro, the Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre and Gold Coast Light Rail.
The success we have achieved in our core business has allowed us to grow our asset management capability and we are now responsible for providing asset management services to additional infrastructure assets on behalf of other investors.
