- Removing four level crossings in Carrum and Seaford
- Building a new elevated Carrum Station
- Constructing a road bridge connecting Station Street across Patterson River
- Constructing the new Kananook Train Storage Facility in Seaford
- Opening new community spaces and shared-use paths
