About
The EnviroPad is an innovative spill mat that’s designed to prevent pollution on construction sites. It uses smart polymer technology to absorb and retain hydrocarbon spills, drips and leaks. The EnviroPad converts these liquids into a solid, non-leeching rubber. It can be used during onsite refuelling or placed under plant and machinery to capture leaking oil, fuel and hydraulic fluid. Popular usage applications include under vehicles and tracked machinery, generators, handheld equipment and refuelling stations. The EnviroPad is ideal for use in all weather conditions and is unaffected by rainwater, unlike existing business-as-usual controls such as plant nappies and drip pans. It reduces the risk of stormwater and groundwater contamination, and helps to minimise contaminated waste volume and disposal costs.
