North East Link will finally connect Melbourne’s freeway network between an upgraded Eastern Freeway from Springvale Road to the M80 Ring Road
Part of the Major Transport Infrastructure Authority, North East Link Project (NELP) oversees the delivery of North East Link project.
We are responsible for all aspects of the project including developing the business case, stakeholder and community engagement and procurement.
North East Link Project is an Administrative Office established in relation to the Victorian Department of Economic Development, Jobs, Transport and Resources.
