About

The Makinex Hybrid Power System (HPS) is a fully integrated power supply which includes solar array, battery and backup generator all in the one deployable solution. The product range includes – HPS15, 15kVA Single-phase – HPS20, 20kVA 3-phase – HPS45, 45kVA 3-phase – HPS60, 60kVA 3-phase – HPS90, 90kVA 3-phase – 5kWp Container-top Solar Module that can be added to any system for additional solar production

Sustainability Outcomes

The HPS delivers the following benefits: – Deployable, delivered site, power in minutes – Up to 90% reduction in diesel usage and reportable CO2 emissions – Quiet power with very low generator runtimes – Reduced maintenance downtime due to low generator runtime – Reduced site visits / site congestion – Remote monitoring to provide live status of the power supply and alert site staff to anything that needs attention ie fuel tank low

Ene-1 (ISv1.2) Energy and carbon monitoring and reduction The HPS system allows you to monitor your diesel usage compared to a BAU generator in real time. This allows sites to demonstrate specific CO2 emissions savings. Average 90% savings in diesel and CO2 emissions are achieved from deploying a HPS in place of a 24/7 diesel generator.
Ene-2 (ISv1.2) Renewable energy The HPS includes a solar array which provides a renewable power source. Adding Container-top solar modules provides additional renewable power supply where site demands are high.
Ene-1 (ISv2.1) Energy Efficiency and Carbon Reductions The HPS system allows you to monitor your diesel usage compared to a BAU generator in real time. This allows sites to demonstrate specific CO2 emissions savings. Average 90% savings in diesel and CO2 emissions are achieved from deploying a HPS in place of a 24/7 diesel generator.
Ene-2 (ISv2.1) Renewable Energy The HPS includes a solar array which provides a renewable power source. Adding Container-top solar modules provides additional renewable power supply where site demands are high.
Inn-1 (ISv1.2) Innovation The HPS system contributes to Innovation Challenge 8: Sustainable Suppliers and ISupply
Inn-1 (ISv2.1) Innovation The HPS system contributes to Innovation Challenge 4: Sustainable Suppliers and ISupply
