ASA focus on the societal need to digitise for diversity. Spatial and data analytics are forward-looking sectors, and we believe neurodiverse people should not only be a part of the digital ecosystem, but can use distinct cognitive talents,(including pattern recognition, concentration and memory retention) to excel as digital professionals.
ASA employs 100+ people with autism for data analytics work. Scaling quickly, we’re doubling our staff year-on-year. We undertake $500,000 of data services each month. We are developing a pathway program so that our staff can find secure and long-term employment with our clients’ companies.
